SILLY BOY

BABYSITTER DAYS
- I worked 12 full or half days. He loves when his babysitter, Jeri, comes to play with him! They go outside daily to explore…
FAMILY VISIT
- visit from Darren & Sandie (4/18)
- this was the first time Todd met his Uncle Darren (Eric’s brother)
- Todd took a little while to warm up, but then snuggled with Darren a lot & gave out kisses 🙂
TEETH
- bottom right lateral incisor poking through (4/6)
- that’s his 11th tooth
- Dentist check-up (4/8)
HEALTH
- start of (yet another!) cold (4/10)
- this was the worst one yet because he really “acted” sick (for the first time)
- 4/11– he spent a lot of time in my chair in the morning (and fell asleep there), and he took naps on couch & Aerobed instead of his crib
- 4/12– he napped twice on the Aerobed, in addition to a 1 hr crib nap
- 4/13– he napped once on the Aerobed, in addition to a 1.5 hr crib nap
FOOD

- Cafe Rio (4/1)
- eating ketchup plain (4/8)
- Carlos 1800 (4/8)
- Carlos 1800 (4/15)
DAY TIME NAPS
- crib naps were generally 2-3+ hours
- longest nap = 3.75 hours (4/15)
- shortest nap = 1.0 hour (more than once)
- when he was sick he had informal naps on Aerobed (as described above)
NIGHT TIME SLEEP
- he woke up crying in the night 13x this month
- this was Todd’s worst sleep month since he was ~9 months old (thanks to teething & being sick…ugh!)
- he followed my instruction “hold my hand” when I’d put him back to bed after night-time wake ups. (I held his hand through the crib rails while he fell back asleep.) (3/31) (4/5)
- he fell asleep on Eric on the couch before bed (4/4)
- starting 4/20 I stopped letting Todd look at books when he woke up in the night because it was getting more difficult to get him back to sleep quickly
POTTY TALK
- 39 poops were done in the toilet
- only 5 poops were not done in the toilet (3x he pooped more in the toilet once I got him there)…yay!
- 1x it was obvious he had to go poo but he refused to sit still, then went in pants
See you next month!
